John D. Parks is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HHB. Mr. Parks drives the strategic direction and growth and has overall responsibility of the company. He is responsible for the global sales, planning, expansion, and public relations. Emerging as a global leader in providing solutions for governments, Mr. Parks brings a wealth of leadership, vision, and experience to the success of HHB.
Mr. Park’s extensive background and knowledge in bidding and procurement processes, as well as his profound understanding of business and finance in relation to strategic development and growth, are the cornerstones in HHB’s current and future successes. Mr. Parks unique ability in identifying areas for improvement have been proven numerous times while consulting with and assisting with the successful development and turn around of fledgling companies. His proven wealth of knowledge while consulting within different corporate environments in providing business development, identification of markets of opportunities and financing, have resulted in several successful businesses that are currently continuing to grow and expand. During the five years prior to founding HHB Inc, Mr. Parks, found, developed, and operated a successful company which he sold for a substantial profit. While serving for 16 years in the U.S. Army, he developed, implemented, and trained personnel for the recruitment of Specialty Officers Worldwide. Mr. Parks was the instrumental “architect” that led to the success of the Specialty Officer Procurement Program for the United States Army Recruiting Command. Mr. Parks lectured and advised at the Pentagon and was nationally recognized by the Department of Defense for his ability to achieve results.
He received degrees from the University of Redlands and Kansas State University in business management and finance. Described as focused, sincere, dynamic, passionate, and a born leader that believes in “leading by example.” Mr. Parks has a profound belief in leadership and a corporate philosophy of integrity, teamwork, and vision. |
