Scott Tooher
Corporate Director of Plans Rooms

Scott Tooher is the Corporate Director of Business Development Centers for HHB Inc. Mr. Tooher plays a strategic and pivotal role in driving the global development and implementation of all Business Development Centers for HHB Inc. These activities include establishing policies and procedures for demographically and culturally diverse regions that maintain a consistent high level of customer satisfaction for every HHB office, design of a custom Plans Room Library system that globally connects all BDC’s informational data and resources, along with oversight of daily operations of all BDC’s globally. With over 30 years experience in the IT Business Services Industry Mr. Tooher comes to HHB Inc. with a broad range of experience working with customers in a variety of industries. Mr. Tooher developed and implemented tailored solutions ranging from inventory and warehousing to total project management systems. As IT Projects Manager at Financial Statements Services Inc., a leading provider of print, mail and electronic business communications solutions to the telecommunications, wireless, and mutual funds industries, among others, Mr. Tooher developed a project management software application, with associated procedures, which links IT programming, and customer service departments with the production departments along with upper management accountability reporting. This created the first profitable year for the IT Department in 11 years history of the company. Mr. Tooher’s skills, ingenuity and keen eye for creating efficient processes are seen over and over in each post that he approaches. Mr. Tooher is described by co-workers and upper management, as a forward thinker with a bulldog approach to solutions for customers and internal company needs.
