Miguel A Guarneros

Miguel A Guarneros – Alvarez is the Director of Latin Affairs for HHB. Mr. Guarneros is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for public relations with Latin countries, also preparing and distributing news releases, fact sheets, scripts, to media outlets for HHB for its operations through Latin America.
Mr. Guarneros brings over 5 years of advising, legal consulting to government officials prior to joining HHB. Mr. Guaneros worked as a Paralegal for the law firm Professional Advisors of Lawyers for 3 years. He was recruited to work by the State Electorial Commission of Puebla for the 1998 elections. Mr. Guarneros served as the Chief Legal Advisor for the President of the Electoral District of Tepeaca, Puebla, followed by service at the First Civil Court of Cholula, Puebla.
Mr. Guarneros graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla (Law School) where he wrote his thesis named: “The Use of Trust as an Instrument to Administrate the Economic Resources in Cases of Natural Disasters”. After completing his graduate thesis, Mr. Guarneros worked for the State of Puebla in the General Direction of the Centers of Social Readaptation as legal assistant for the Director of the Juridical Department.
In 2000 Mr. Guarneros moved to United States to work as an Independent Consultant for the California – Mexico Trade Assistance Center, assisting companies that wanted to do business with Mexico. Mr. Guarneros certificates of studies include The Constitutionality of Criminal Law by the La Universidad de Ciencias de la Comunicación, Studies about the National Reality by the Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla and Intellectual Property by the World Intellectual Property Organization. |
