Michael L. Snyder is the Director of Training, for HHB Inc. Mr. Snyder has global responsibility for the design and implementation of all HHB Training Programs.
These duties include developing and initiating initial training plans for new customers; as well as providing training on DBS Solution enhancements for existing customers. Within HHB, his responsibilities include developing training programs and monitoring the effectiveness of employees during the orientation period and for career development.
Mr. Snyder brings over 27 years of leadership and training experience to the HHB Team. He has worked in various leadership positions throughout a distinguished military career. While serving in United States Army Recruiting Command, Mr. Snyder managed numerous Recruiting Branch Offices. He had overall responsibility to lead, train and meet an ever increasing monthly, quarterly and yearly budget. Each of the five Branch offices he managed had previously been unsuccessful. Through Mr. Snyder’s leadership and training, each made complete reversals and each were named ‘Top Production Branches’ in the U.S. Army’s Western Recruiting Region. Mr. Snyder has received numerous awards for his leadership, training and production results throughout his Army career. Included in those awards were a Meritorious promotion in rank, two Meritorious Service Medals, three Army Commendation Medals and numerous letters of achievement.
Upon his retirement from the military service, Mr. Snyder used his training and leadership abilities while working in the Private Post-Secondary Education field as a Director of Admissions. Through his training and leadership its population increased significantly. The college grew to the second largest amongst 78, and Mr. Snyder was selected as the National Director of Admissions for the year. |
