Zack Sanabia
Director of Operations Western Division |
|
Zack Sanabia is the Director of Operations for the Western Division. Mr. Sanabia’s responsibilities include the implementation, execution, and the ongoing management of the DBS systems. Zack will also be developing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures for the Western Division.
Mr. Sanabia’s solid background in operational management will be a valuable asset to the success of the HHB team. For the last three years, Mr. Sanabia was the project manager for Pacific Specialty Physician Management. His responsibilities included creating and facilitating numerous new quality control protocols and operational procedures for the company. He was also responsible for negotiating contracts, developing, training, and recruiting teams for each new location. Before PSPM, Mr. Sanabia was the CFO for a
multi-practice medical firm. Here he was responsible for all aspects of the business development as well as the daily financial operations for the firm. Zack also worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant where he developed the financial knowledge and skill that will help him develop and implement HHB's policies.
Zack Sanabia received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a emphasis in Finance at California State University, San Bernardino. Zack’s leadership experience, dedication, and proven track record in both operations and personnel will be a solid addition to the HHB team. |
