David L. Basnett
President |
|
David L. Basnett is the President of HHB Inc. He is responsible for the direction and management of all aspects of HHB's projects and resources globally. Mr. Basnett’s particular focus is in leading the global sales and implementation of the DBS Solution. His responsibilities include driving the development of operational competencies and efficiencies for the execution of HHB’s corporate blueprint.
Mr. Basnett brings 33 years of experience in leadership, team-building, management, sales, and policy development to HHB. Mr. Basnett began his career in the non-profit arena where he spent 19 years team building, program development, training, and administration. One of his major accomplishments included developing, implementing and managing a program that served over 50,000 service men and women at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri for 8 years. The program is currently in use after 30 years.
His move to California led to his completion of a Masters Degree from BIOLA University during which he built a college student activity team which consisted of over 50 students. His last experience in the non-profit world experienced a 300% and 500% growth in two Adult programs he developed and launched. This led him to join American International Group – VALIC as a Senior Financial Advisor. His career of 13 years resulted in achieving The Presidents Club, (top 25 advisors in the company) the last 8 years and building an investors group of over 3500 investors with over $50,000,000 in assets. While with AIG he hired and trained associate financial advisors and was responsible for goal setting, team leadership, and territiory management.
Mr. Basnett’s broad experience in leadership and personal relationships, along with dynamic goal setting and passion for mission completion, has provided the HHB Team with the leadership glue and inspiration for the demands of our global company. |
