William L. Seiber

|
William L. Seiber is the Chief Operating Officer for HHB Inc. Mr. Seiber has overall responsibility for the Company’s Global Business Operations, including financial, legal and human resources. Mr. Seiber develops, implements and enforces policy and procedures for the corporation globally that result in an effective and smooth operation.
Mr. Seiber brings over 22 years of leadership, organizational, advanced sales and operational experience to the HHB Team. Mr. Seiber developed, implemented, and recruited personnel for the US Army Special Forces Command Worldwide. Mr. Seiber lectured and advised Army Divisional Leaders and was recognized by the Department of Army and the Special Forces Command for his ability to achieve results. Mr. Seiber’s last assignment was as District Production Manager (First Sergeant) of his Army Recruiting Company comprising of seven branch offices (encompassing the largest geographic area in the Recruiting Command), all assigned personnel, equipment and vehicles. His responsibilities included but were not limited to leading, training, sales, counseling, and budgetary control for all assigned soldiers and civilians. Mr. Seiber pursued his degree in Business Management while serving concurrently in the Military. Mr. Seiber achieved top production rankings and was awarded numerous awards for leadership and performance during his tenure with the United States Army.
After his retirement from the service, Mr. Seiber expanded his knowledge of Information Technology while working in the Technical Private Education Industry. Since joining the HHB Team, Mr. Seiber has developed and implemented a dynamic sales model and system that has increased sales 122%. Mr. Seiber’s operational skills are vital for the successful growth of HHB’s global expansion in a highly effective and efficient environment. |
