Ted Welsh is the Chief Business Advisor (CBA) of HHB, Inc. Mr. Welsh is responsible for organizing and managing the company’s financial and organizational development including strategic planning and alliances.
Prior to joining HHB, Ted ran his own financial, management and productivity consultancy to companies in the software, internet and utility industries.
He is the founder and President of Spur Energy, a 27 year old oil and gas exploration company with operations in the US. He is also the co-founder and former Chief Financial Officer of BBrooks, a consortium of high quality florists both nationally and internationally facilitating peer-to-peer and consumer transactions. He served as managing partner of Eclipse Investments, which assisted investment firms in the search for, analysis of and investment in privately and publicly traded small to mid-cap companies. Past roles included the position of regional manager for Communication Services Inc, which provided construction and engineering support services to the wireless industry and CLEC’s. While there, he was responsible for regional operations and business development.
Ted received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado as well as the Premier Degree’ from L’Universite’ de Caen in France. He holds a certificate of Mineral Law from the University of Houston and is a member of the CFA Institute formerly the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR). |
